Welcome to Carys's Kitchen

Carys's Kitchen was born out of a love for baking and a desire to share delicious treats with everyone, including those with dietary restrictions. Based in Great Barr, a degree in Bakery Patisserie & Technology has given us a deep understanding of the science behind creating the perfect dessert—from perfectly tempered chocolate to smooth, silky caramel.

Having family members with gluten intolerance, we were motivated to create gluten-free options that don't compromise on taste or texture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a delicious bite, no matter their dietary needs.

Our Baking Philosophy

At Carys's Kitchen, we believe that baking is both an art and a science. We are committed to using only high-quality, ingredients and avoiding artificial colours or flavours.

Four pieces of rich, dark chocolate brownies topped with walnuts are arranged on a dark slate serving platter. Whole walnut pieces are scattered around the brownies, enhancing the presentation. The background fabric is a smooth black material, adding a luxurious feel to the setup.

A stack of chocolate brownies is arranged on a piece of parchment paper resting on a wire rack. The brownies have a rich and fudgy texture with a slightly cracked top, suggesting they're freshly baked. The background is softly blurred, drawing focus to the dessert.
